Value Preservation acquires, renovates, and sells residential, multi-family and commercial properties in select Colorado markets.  We are always looking for partnership opportunities with realtors.   Projects of interest to Value Preservation are properties in need of moderate to substantial renovations and have the potential for significant increases in sale price or rent rates.  If you have a listing that isn’t moving, a buyer looking for a recently remodeled home, or an investor looking for a multi-family property, we’d like to talk to you.  All agents with written referrals will be protected and can receive up to 25% referral fee if we buy/sell a property that you refer to us.  We may require agents (buyers/sellers) to sign a confidentiality and fee agreement in advance of any property discussions.  You could earn up to a 2.8% agent fee for buyer or seller representation, even if the property is not listed on the MLS.  You can find current works-in-progress, coming soon’s and active listings here, or sign up for our email list and we’ll notify you each day we find something that fits your search.
